Pioneering hip-hop crew Arrested Development from Atlanta, Georgia has weathered internal disputes and music industry machinations. The group broke up for five years, now they're back with a reinvigorated passion for their distinct brand of hip-hop and funk. Trevor Reekie talks to Word.
Also a live performance from Airileke, put together by Airileke Ingram, born in Papua New Guinea and these days based in Australia. Airileke feature traditional Melanesian drumming re-contextualized to help spread a message protesting the oppression of West Papua.
