Audacious is a 3-day sonic arts festival in Christchurch inviting people to Explore the City by Ear. The event takes place over Labour weekend and promises plenty of active listening and sonic adventures where Christchurch Central City will resonate with a diverse and interactive programme of installations, workshops, interventions, performances and sound walks exploring the dynamic sonic landscapes of the rebuilding central city.
Gemma Syme went along on a sound walk with Festival Director Malcolm Riddoch, and chatted with a few of the exhibiting artists along the way.
