Produced and mixed for big festival stages, Thomas Oliver’s latest single ‘Friendly Fire’ is a synth- laden hybrid of modern electronic music and melodic lap-slide guitar. The song’s new vid was shot in November at Ohakune’s Mardi Gras festival.
“I love playing this song live,” Wellington singer-songwriter Thomas Oliver says, “It's huge. And it is meant to represent the triumph of love, and the irresistibility of living it over again.”
Thomas won the prestigious Silver Scroll Award in 2017 for his song ‘If I Move To Mars’. His music combines elements of soul, roots and folk, and he produces and mixes all his tracks himself.
