Ben Ottewell of Gomez

Along with Tom Gray and Ian Ball, Ben Ottewell is one of the three vocalists and songwriters in Gomez. Now Ben has released his own solo record. 'Shapes and Shadows' finds the gravelly-voiced singer in a mellower state of mind than that of his band. Marty Duda asked Ben what precipitated the need to make a solo record.
