All around the country south and north of Auckland, Delta Level 2 kicks at one minute to midnight tonight.  Who will be up first? The street cleaners, the bakers, the movers and shakers? The Canterbury Employer's Chamber of Commerce has been helping the business people from that region figure out what they can and can't do tomorrow.
Its chief executive, Leeann Watson, chats to Bryan Crump about what it means for Canterbury.
