10:17 Retail left behind as Auckland restrictions ease

If you headed to the parks and beaches this weekend you might have been fooled into thinking everything was back to normal, but for the retail industry heavy restrictions still apply. The Prime Minister announced today that Auckland remains in phase one of Level three for another week - but retail cannot open till phase two and today's press conference gave no indication as to when we might get there. Greg Harford is the chief executive of Retail NZ and joins us to discuss.
