Every Monday, to set the tone for the rest of the week, a guest shares a whakataukī - a Māori proverb - that's meaningful to them.

Tonight, we're talking to Mokotron, a Ngāti Hine music producer based in Tāmaki Auckland.

This year he released The United Tribes of Bass, which brings together "Māori and Cook Island Māori electronic practitioners from throughout the motu.

There's been a lot in the news cycle this past year or so about Ozempic - the weight loss drug that has taken the world by storm.

It's not available in New Zealand and similar drugs cost hundreds of dollars per month.

But what is it? How does it work? What is going on in our bodies when we use it? And is it really the miracle drug some think it is?

Dr Sebastian Furness is a fellow at the School of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Queensland and joins Emile Donovan.

10:17 What's behind the NDA's at Health NZ?

The Labour Party has made a complaint to the Public Service Commissioner over the high number of non-disclosure agreements being used at Health New Zealand.

The Government is on a mission to cut one point four billion dollars from the Health NZ budget sheet.

Sixty seven staff at Health New Zealand have signed NDAs since November, and Labour say the NDAs are being used to hide where those cuts will come from and who they will affect.
