The Labour Party has made a complaint to the Public Service Commissioner over the high number of non-disclosure agreements being used at Health New Zealand.
The Government is on a mission to cut one point four billion dollars from the Health NZ budget sheet.
Sixty seven staff at Health New Zealand have signed NDAs since November, and Labour say the NDAs are being used to hide where those cuts will come from and who they will affect.
