Daily Monitor journalist Tabu Butagira reports from the Republic of Uganda - the recent sacking of Prime Minister John Mbabazi by President Yoweri Museveni amid allegations he schemed to stand against the president for the role in 2016 when Uganda is expected to go to the polls; and the Constitutional Court has nullified, on a technicality, the anti-homosexuality law which had riled western governments and triggered backlashes, including aid and development assistance cuts.
