Chloe Phillips-Harris spent the last six months in Kazakhstan. Her adventures included spending a day in detention due to mistaken identity, helping to set up an Angus beef farm high in the mountains, adopting an injured hunting eagle and a dog she found living under a ex-soviet tank.
