Whanganui Councillor James Barron is a man with a dream — a big plane dream that hasn't quite taken off yet.
James has been the lucky owner of a retired Air Chathams aircraft since 2019. There were murmurs of a plan to turn the decommissioned plane into an Airbnb, but we hear that those plans have been grounded.
