New podcast highlights Sir Tim Wallis' pioneering work

Legendary aviator, deer hunter and businessman Sir Tim Wallis died this week at the age of 85. Whilst he's well known for establishing the air show, War Birds Over Wanaka, Sir Tim first made his mark in the venison industry.
