How Bluefields could transform New Zealand's public housing

From Nights, 10:18 pm on 25 November 2024

Melbourne-based architect Patrick Kelly has been awarded the 2024 F. Gordon Wilson Fellowship for Public Housing by Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects.

Judges recognised extensive retrofitting programme of Kāinga Ora homes and a project looking at how Medium Density Residential Standards can densify existing public housing sites.

Patrick starts the fellowship early in 2025 and joins Mark Leishman on Nights to discuss.
