Well Summer has well and truly arrived which means tens of thousands of teenagers are itching to descend on holiday locations up and down the country.
While it's no doubt a time of excitement for those young people it's also a busy time for our emergency services and can be nerve racking for parents.
But Red Frogs a voluntary outfit who play a role in looking after young people in alcohol-fuelled environments, will be there making sure people have fun but keep safe.
Maggie Tweedie speaks to Shannon Thompson from Red Frogs who has some tips for what to talk about with teenagers before they head off for summer.
