The Health and Disability Commission says a doctor at "The Men's Clinic" came close to exploiting his patients and should have his competency reviewed by the Medical Council.

Jeremy Sare, UK Cannabis reform expert and former head of Drug Legislation and Classification at the Home Office in the UK, who is seething over a recent government decision to re-classify cannabis from a class C to a class B drug, thus attracting hasher penalties and more arrests for possession. The UK's drug classification system is similar to New Zealand's, where cannabis is a Class C drug.
Jeremy Sare is in New Zealand for an international symposium run by the Drug Foundation.
