Warming Korean relations and uncertainty for Taiwan

Asia correspondent Ed White reports from Taipei, where Taiwan is entering a period of political uncertainty after the ruling party has suffered stunning losses in local elections, and a series of referendums have resulted in a blow to hopes for liberal reforms.

Also a warning of relations between North and South Korea as ties with the US are becoming strained again.
