Doctors pen warning to Christchurch over DHB

In a rare move, Christchurch hospital senior doctors have published an open letter to share their mounting and deep concerns  at the state of the local health system with the people of Christchurch. They say with no workable budget and the bulk of the senior management team resigning, it's in crisis. Five high-level resignations have taken place in a month.
