Back in April 1979 Al traveled to Western Springs for the historic Bob Marley gig on that brought reggae to New Zealand and sparked a key element of our cultural identity.
Today the American born guitarist heads twice grammy-nominated The Original Wailers. Al is the sole member of the Bob Marley and The Wailers mid-70's line-up.
