UK: Deputy PM faces bullying complaints

UK correspondent Matthew Parris joins Kathryn to talk about Dominic Raab, the deputy Prime Minister, who's accused of bullying officials when he held previous government roles. He's denied the allegations and asked PM Rishi Sunak to launch an inquiry into his own conduct. And fuel and energy costs have pushed overall inflation to 11.1% - its highest level since 1981, while food price inflation was sitting at 16.2% in October.
