Former President  - and would-be President Donald Trump is continuing his journey to the Republican Party convention, following yesterday's assassination attempt.

He was clipped on the right ear by one of the bullets, apparently fired from a nearby building by a young gunman. It comes just days before delegates were expected to confirm Trump as their nominee for president.

Kathryn is joined by the BBC's Tom Bateman who's in the suspected shooter's home town, as well as expert in political violence, Arie Perliger.
