National standards

By the beginning of the school year in 2010 the Education Minister has pledged to have a controversial new system of National Standards in place. Discussing this matter are Frances Nelson, President of the NZEI, Professor John Hattie from the University of Auckland and the Education Minister Anne Tolley.
