Food and Wine with Lisa Ewart and Matt Pearce

By the Tauherenikau racecourse in the Wairarapa is The Tin Hut tavern. The Hut's new proprietors Lisa Ewart and Matt Pearce are duck shooting enthusiasts who have jsut hosted the local duck calling championships; they tempt our palates with a repast of Duck and Oyster Pie and a Duck Confit.
