Begging in New Zealand

Wellington City Council's senior advisor on vulnerable communities, Steve Flude, who has worked on its new response to begging - a campaign aimed at getting people to give money to organisations who work with the homeless instead of beggars on the street; and Alex Swney, CEO of Auckland's Heart of the City group, which would like to see begging banned.
