Rethinking the case for legalising doping in sport

Professor Julian Savulescu, the Uehiro Chair in Practical Ethics at the University of Oxford and director of its Institute for Science and Ethics, believes it's time to consider legalising performance enhancers because the zero tolerance ban on doping has failed.
