Clean Bakery

Carine Claudepierre was born and raised in France to parents who managed a candy factory. But diagnosis of prediabetes as an adult led her to find ways to satisfy her cravings for sweet treats. Her book Clean Bakery is the result, with recipes free of refined sugar, with many dairy and gluten free too.
