Jeremy Cole
Lighting designer Jeremy Cole began his journey into the world of ceramics in 2004 after a visit to the Tate Modern gallery in London brought him into contact with the work of Tim Gee. He began buying materials off the internet and making moulds in his living room. His delicate floral-inspired light fittings are now produced from a studio in Wellington and sell for up to $60,000 to upmarket customers like Cadillac, David Jones department stores and jeweller Harry Winston.
