Kapiti Seed Bank - extended interview

From New Zealand Society, 2:21 pm on 3 October 2014

A lettuce head can produce up to 30 000 seeds - roughly one for every person on the Kapiti Coast. The Kapiti Seedbank acts as a community chest of seeds with an emphasis on finding varieties of vegetables, herbs and flowers that are specifically suited to the local climate. Amelia Nurse visits Anna Butterfield for a korero about Kapiti Seed cultivation and preservation.
