Athough it's the colour red that's focusing the mind of another disability service - Recreate Auckland as it tries to survive the economic downturn. And talking about the non-government sector - how can it work with government to make the United Nations disability rights convention a reality in New Zealand? We meet up with an international human rights lawyer, Professor Gerard Quinn, who has some ideas on that score.
