Four years ago New Zealand ratified the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities – a convention that aims to protect the dignity of all people with a disability.
So how are we doing? A monitoring report released recently by representatives of disabled person organisations has found there’s definitely room for improvement .
