The Our Changing World opening theme is made up of 18 sounds that appeared on the show during 2012 and 2013. The noises in mystery sound 5 are shells and crabs being dropped in the sea, recorded underwater with a hydrophone during a marine biosecurity survey of Wellington harbour.
