There are a lot of different ideas on how to define wealth, but for multimillionaire Ranjna Patel, it's simply a roof over your head, food on the table, and a car to get around.

She and her husband started Tāmaki Health, starting with a single clinic in Otara in 1977, before building it into the largest independent primary health care provider in the country.

RNZ's in depth reporter Anusha Bradley spoke to Patel as part of a RNZ series looking at wealth in New Zealand, and tells Mihingarangi Forbes what the experience of talking to the extremely wealthy was like.
