Spectrum for 14 January 2007: A Cooking School in Cambodia

Chef Paul has set up a cooking school to teach underprivileged Cambodian children to become chefs. Some of the kids come from the rubbish dumps of Phnom Penh, some off the streets of Siem Reap.
