Navigation for Spiritual Outlook

When religions come together, many can be forgiven for thinking of times of conflict rather than times of building bridges. But for others, it presents an opportunity for constructive and positive interaction between people of different religious traditions through interfaith dialogue.

Here in New Zealand, interfaith groups are continuing to expand as followers of separate faiths seek to foster mutual understanding and cooperation between their different communities.

At a recent Regional Interfaith Forum held in Hamilton, Lisa Thompson spoke with Todd Nachowitz, secretary of the Waikato Interfaith Council, about his desire to explore outside of his own Jewish background.
