Ben Barter lives in LA and plays drums for Lorde and bands like Broods and Passion Pit. This summer he’s back at his childhood home in Hillsborough, near Onehunga.
“I haven’t been this relaxed for many years.”
This year, Ben will play with Lorde at the Coachella and Governors Ball music festivals, but he says hasn’t yet had a preview of her heavily anticipated second album (which some say will be released in 2017).
“I’m really excited to hear it.”
