19 year-old Saffi Vette is New Zealand Women's Open Surfing Champion and has earned herself a spot on the World Surf Qualifying Series
This is the platform that will allow Saffi to compete against the world's best surfers and propel her on to the world stage
But to do so she needs to raise $42,000 in funds to make ends meet.
