Three people are confirmed dead after the explosive eruption of Hunga-Tonga-Hunga-Ha'apai, and the tsunami which followed. Recent surveillance images reveal catastrophic damage, with buildings in villages washed away or badly damaged, roofs covered with ash and trees uprooted.
