A Batemans Bay resident on the New South Wales coast says the towns around him are burning, and with hot, windy weather predicted for the weekend, he's moving out today.
Mark Bradley lives in an area deemed to be in extreme fire danger.
He told Leigh-Marama McLachlan what it was like on New Years Day when residents were forced to enact their fire plans.
