In an unprecedented bid to curb Iran's nuclear programme, European powers have formally triggered the dispute mechanism in the country's nuclear deal.
The move amounts to formally accusing Iran, which has been gradually reducing its commitments under the deal, of violating the terms of the nuclear agreement.
