Inside Child Poverty documentary 'cleared of law breach'

The maker of the the Inside Child Poverty documentary, Bryan Bruce, says the Electoral Commission has ruled the screening of the programme - just three days before the election - did not breach the Electoral Act, nor the Broadcast Act. Mr Bruce joins the programme.
