Lemi Ponfasio

International renowned theatre artist Lemi Ponifasio has created a new work that brings Pasifika communities together with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra in a ceremony at the Michael Fowler Centre. It features Gustav Mahler's 'The Song of the Earth' and includes the i-Kiribati, Tokelau and Cook Island communities of Wellington. RNZ's Susana Lei'ataua caught up with Lemi to talk about the work.
