The Poetry Aotearoa Yearbook 2023: Afterburn was released on Thursday.... featuring 150 new poems. It's the country's longest running poetry magazine - first published in 1951. Dr Tracey Slaughter is poet, short story writer and creative writing teacher at the University of Waikato.
