An appeal by a former board member of Te Kohanaga Reo National Trust has been dismissed by the Court of Appeal; A lawyer for a Maori law centre is calling for the Government to fund efforts to track down tangata whenua who are unaware they're entitled to millions of dollars in unpaid dividends; The Maori Party won't say if claimants should be compensated or receive retrospective payments from the Crown for its use of Lake Waikaremoana; The head of Midwifery at AUT says she's confident in the coming years there will be an increase of practising Maori midwives.
