This week, ANZAC commemorations took place and we spent the morning with one of the last surviving soldiers from the 28th Maori Battalion; A Māori human rights lawyer has taken her fight to stop the Waikeria mega prison being built to the United Nations and a prison te reo Māori program is easing gang tensions and helping Māori prisoners to reconnect with their culture and language.
