How the Government plans to spend public money is a major issue for voters, MPs, and taxpayers alike and at Parliament the debate is lengthy.
In the debating chamber is the Budget Debate which can take up to 15 hours (thankfully spread over a few days) while outside the chamber Ministers are turning up to select committees to answer questions on whether or not they made the right decisions with public money.
At the Social Services and Community Committee the Minister for Pacific Peoples Aupito William Sio answered relatively friendly questions considering the often hostile nature of exchanges Parliament.
