Dov Alfon is an Israeli investigative journalist and former editor of the newspaper Haaretz, to which he still contributes from his home in Paris. Dov was formerly an intelligence officer in Unit 8200, the most secretive arm of the Israeli military, and in his first work of fiction, A Long Night in Paris, he lays bare Israel's secretive world of intelligence gathering. He received a Peace Through Media prize in 2011.
