From The Panel, 4:05 pm on 2 February 2018

What panellists Garry Moore and Dr Ella Henry want to talk about. The mayor of the Manawatu district says information to the residents affected by the toxic fire-fighting foam contamination wasn't good enough. She's announcing a new collaboration of council and Government ministries to do better in future similar crises. Panellist and former mayor of Christchurch Garry Moore gives his take on the homeless situation in the city. Irene Tallott will never swim in the river again.
