Seatbelts for buses

Road Safety advocate Clive Matthews-Wilson is reiterating a call for public buses to have seatbelts installed for passengers. This on the back of the two big recent bus crashes on Mt Ruapehu and the Manawatu. One of the buses had also failed its WOF nine times and was in bad condition.
