The amount of online reports of people using their mobile phones while driving have almost tripled in the last two years. Members of the public have been dobbing others in online. The figures come as the number of crashes involving drivers distracted by phones in the South Island reaches the same level as the total recorded last year. The panelists weigh in on what could be done about the problem.
