One in three NZ kids "struggling to live a happy life"

A new report by Oranga Tamariki and the Office of the Children's Commissioner has been released - one which actually compiles the opinions of children themselves. And the results are jarring, with more than a third saying they face problems like racism, poverty and bullying. Donna Provoost from the Commissioner's Office joins us to talk through the findings.
