The issue of selling golliwogs surfaces on occasion in New Zealand, now Wonky Donkey author Craig Smith has come in for critcism for penning 'The Gollywog song'.
Smith is a well known and much loved singer songwriter for children. He has removed the links to the song from all digital platforms he could, but is still on his Youtube site.
